1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and LinkRaze Technologies Ltd., a private company registered in Israel under company number 517376554 ("LinkRaze", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing and using LinkRaze, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
1.5 Eligibility & Minimum Age
Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to create a LinkRaze account or use the Service. LinkRaze is not offered to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. There is no account type, trial, or plan available to minors.
What you are confirming: By creating an account or accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other organisation, you also confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
Accounts belonging to someone under 18: If we learn that an account holder is under 18, we may suspend or close the account and delete the personal information associated with it. See section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
Telling us: If you believe someone under 18 has created an account — including a parent or guardian who has found an account belonging to their child — email support@linkraze.com and we will act on it.
2. Service Overview
LinkRaze is a remote access platform that enables users to control computers, servers, and other devices over the internet. The Service includes:
• Web dashboard for session management
• Remote desktop access (screen, keyboard and mouse control)
• Audio and microphone streaming
• File transfer and clipboard synchronization between your device and the remote computer
• Device pairing and authentication
• Billing and subscription management
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Plan limits: the number of remote sessions you may run at the same time depends on your plan. On the free plan you may run one session at a time — starting a new session will end your existing session automatically.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2.5 Agent Software & Automatic Updates
The LinkRaze agent is the software installed on each computer you add to your account, together with the tray application that accompanies it. It is part of the Service and is licensed to you, not sold — see Section 7.
Automatic updates: The agent updates itself. We may deliver and install updates to the agent, the tray application, and the installer automatically, without asking you each time and without notice for each individual update. Updates may be frequent. They include security fixes, defect fixes, changes needed for compatibility with new operating system versions, and improvements to existing features. Automatic updating is how we close a security problem on computers that are already in use, and running a current agent is a condition of using the Service.
What an update will not do: An update will not remove, weaken, or bypass the confirmation we ask for at the computer itself. Adding a computer to an account requires confirmation from the person at that computer, and restoring access after it has been switched off at that computer requires confirmation again. No update will delete those steps, answer them on someone's behalf, or give an account access to a computer that has not been confirmed. An update will also not introduce a new category of access or of data collection — for example a new form of capture, or a new category of information sent to us — without notice to you and, where the law requires it, your agreement.
Integrity: Update packages are code-signed, and the agent verifies that signature against a key held by LinkRaze before it installs anything. An update that fails verification is discarded and is not applied.
Timing: Where practical, updates are applied while the computer is idle and not during a remote session in progress. Applying an update may restart the agent, which ends any session in progress. Where an update requires the computer itself to restart, we will not force that restart without telling the person at the computer.
Your control over automatic installation: The tray application on each computer has an "Automatic updates" setting. While it is on, updates are installed without prompting you each time. While it is off, we will not silently install routine updates on that computer — the tray tells you an update is available and you choose when to apply it. Turning the setting off does not stop the agent from checking whether an update exists, and does not stop the minimum-version requirement described below.
Updates started from the dashboard: The account a computer is enrolled to can press "Update now" for that computer. That is an explicit instruction about one specific computer, from the account responsible for it, and it applies the update even if the "Automatic updates" setting on that computer is off. Where the computer is your own, this is you asking. Where you have added your computer to another person's account, that person can ask on your behalf — one of the powers granted when a computer is added to an account.
Versions and minimum versions: The agent shows its version in the tray application. Rather than override your setting, we enforce currency at the point of connection: we may require a minimum agent version, and may refuse to connect a computer whose agent is below that version, fails signature verification, or has been modified, until it is updated. You keep the choice; an agent that is too old to be supported will not connect.
Security releases: Where an update fixes a vulnerability that we judge to place devices or their users at immediate risk, we may install it without prompting even where the "Automatic updates" setting is off. We will tell you when we have done so, and we will not use this for feature changes, routine maintenance, or convenience.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree:
• You own or have proper authorization to control all devices you connect to LinkRaze
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• You will not use the Service to: Gain unauthorized access to systems; Disrupt or degrade system performance; Send malware, viruses, or harmful code; Engage in hacking, phishing, or social engineering; Violate third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.); Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are liable for all activity performed under your account
3.5 Prohibited Uses — Remote-Access Fraud & Deception
The following conduct is specifically prohibited, in addition to Section 3. Engaging in it is grounds for immediate termination under Section 13.
• Access obtained by deception: obtaining, or attempting to obtain, access to any device by deception, or by impersonating another party — including a bank or payment provider, a government body or law-enforcement agency, a technology or software company, any security, support, or refund service, or LinkRaze itself.
• Inducing a person to enroll their device into another party's account: instructing, persuading, paying, or assisting any person to install LinkRaze on their device and add that device to an account that person does not control. A device may be added to an account only by the person responsible for that device, or with that person's informed agreement.
• Concealing an active session: hiding, disguising, or suppressing the fact that a remote session is in progress from the person at the remote computer — including by obscuring, closing, disabling, or covering any indicator, prompt, or notice the Service displays, and including by directing that person away from the screen.
• Initiating or assisting financial transactions on a device you do not own: initiating, instructing, assisting, or completing any payment, transfer, trade, refund, loan, or account or credential change on a device you access through the Service and do not personally own; and requesting, capturing, or using the banking credentials, one-time passcodes, or recovery or seed phrases of the person at that device.
• Ban circumvention and redistribution: creating or using an account, payment method, or device to evade a suspension or termination; and copying, repackaging, rebranding, or modifying the LinkRaze installer or agent, or distributing it through any channel other than our own.
Enforcement: to prevent the conduct described above, we may — at our discretion and without prior notice — decline to connect to a device, delay first access to a newly added device, limit how many devices an account may add, end sessions already in progress, and suspend or terminate accounts. These measures may apply more strictly to accounts that have not established a payment relationship with us.
If you believe you are being targeted: stop, disconnect the computer from the internet, and contact your bank. No bank, government office, or software company — including LinkRaze — will ever call you and ask you to install remote-access software. You can report it to us at support@linkraze.com.
4. Remote Access Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
LinkRaze provides remote access capabilities only. YOU assume ALL liability for:
Authorization: You warrant you have explicit, documented authorization to access and control all connected systems. Unauthorized remote access is a FEDERAL CRIME under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and equivalent laws worldwide, with penalties including up to 10 years imprisonment, $250,000+ fines, and civil liability. LinkRaze is NOT liable for any criminal charges, civil penalties, asset seizure, or damages resulting from unauthorized access.
System Damage & Data Loss: LinkRaze is NOT liable for data loss, corruption, system failure, service interruption, financial loss, or any other harm caused by actions taken during remote sessions, including but not limited to: accidental deletion, configuration errors, application crashes, cascading infrastructure failures, or unintended system modifications.
Third-Party Systems: If you access systems you do not own or operate, you are solely responsible for obtaining proper authorization. You indemnify and hold harmless LinkRaze from all claims, damages, and losses arising from your access to third-party systems, including breach claims, compliance violations, and remediation costs.
Third-Party Game & Platform Policies: Some game publishers, platforms, and anti-cheat systems (including but not limited to Battle.net and Riot Vanguard) restrict or prohibit remote-access and streaming tools, and using LinkRaze with a title or platform that does so may result in that title failing to launch, or in account suspension, banning, or other penalties imposed by the publisher or platform — independent of any action by LinkRaze. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service of any game, platform, or anti-cheat system you access through the Service. LinkRaze is NOT liable for any account suspension, ban, loss of access, loss of in-game assets, or other penalty imposed by a third-party publisher or platform as a result of your use of the Service.
Compliance & Regulatory: If accessed systems are subject to HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, FERPA, GDPR, or other compliance regimes, YOU are responsible for meeting all requirements. LinkRaze is NOT liable for compliance violations, breach notifications, regulatory fines, or damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Network & Device Security: LinkRaze uses TLS 1.2 or higher in transit (DTLS 1.2 for the real-time video and audio path), end-to-end encryption of video and audio, and bcrypt password hashing at rest. However, LinkRaze is NOT liable for security breaches resulting from network interception, man-in-the-middle attacks, endpoint vulnerabilities, malware, phishing, credential exposure, stolen sessions, or compromised devices. You are responsible for endpoint security, network security, and credential protection.
5. Account Security
You agree to:
• Keep your password confidential and never share it
• Use a strong, unique password (minimum 8 characters)
• Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) if available
• Report unauthorized account access immediately
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Be liable for all activity under your account, including unauthorized activity unless you report it promptly
6. Subscription & Payment
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Billing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com).
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and other payment methods processed by Paddle. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right you may have as a consumer in your country. To request a refund, contact support@linkraze.com.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Pricing Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will honor the current price until renewal.
7. Intellectual Property
You own all content you create and upload to LinkRaze (e.g., configuration files, scripts). We own all intellectual property in the Service itself, including software, features, and documentation.
You grant LinkRaze a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide the Service and improve our Service offerings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights or system compatibility
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Compatibility with any third-party systems or compliance regimes
• Protection against unauthorized access, malware, or data loss
• Reliability for production environments, critical systems, or regulated workflows
We do not warrant that:
• The Service will always be available, secure, or meet your requirements
• Remote sessions will never be interrupted, corrupted, or compromised
• Your systems or data will remain intact after remote access
• The Service is suitable for medical, financial, legal, or compliance-regulated use
YOU ASSUME ALL RISK associated with remote access. Use of the Service for any purpose is at your sole discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
LinkRaze shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, cost of substitute services, or reputational harm.
This applies regardless of the nature of the claim, the form of action, or whether LinkRaze has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages; to the extent not permitted, the above limitation shall be reduced to the minimum extent required.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkRaze, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, and liabilities (including attorney fees) arising from:
• Your use of the Service, including all remote sessions and actions taken

• Harm, damage, or loss caused by your remote access activities
• Breach of third-party system owner rights or compliance obligations
• Any claim by system owners, compliance authorities, or law enforcement related to your use
This indemnification applies regardless of whether LinkRaze had knowledge of the activity or could have prevented it.
10.5 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that remote access carries inherent risks including but not limited to: permanent data loss, system destruction, compliance violations, criminal liability, and third-party claims. You use the Service AT YOUR OWN RISK with full understanding of these risks. LinkRaze's liability is limited regardless of the nature of the claim, and in no event shall LinkRaze be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Data & Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, and for the rights you have over it.
The Privacy Policy describes what we do; it is not a separate contract, and continuing to use the Service is not how we obtain your consent. We process your personal data because doing so is necessary to provide the Service you are asking us for under these Terms, and for the further purposes the Privacy Policy sets out. Where a specific activity does need your consent — our marketing site's analytics is the current example — we ask for it on its own, and you can withdraw it at any time without losing access to the Service.
12. Cookies & Tracking
We use httpOnly session cookies (Secure, SameSite=Strict) to maintain your login state. These are essential for the Service to function and are set automatically upon access to the app. On your first visit, a cookie consent notice will appear; by accepting it, or by continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge the use of these session cookies. We do not ask for your consent to them: cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you have asked for do not require it. What the banner gates is the marketing-site analytics described below.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent login and session functionality. Our public marketing site also uses first-party, consent-gated analytics (no cookies; a random identifier in local storage) to measure page views and signup attribution; this only activates if you accept the cookie banner, is never shared with third parties, and can be turned on or off at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer. We do not use any third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) anywhere in the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in any conduct prohibited by Section 3.5 — obtaining access by deception or impersonation, inducing a person to enroll their device into another party's account, concealing an active session from the person at that device, initiating or assisting financial transactions on a device you do not own, circumventing a suspension, or redistributing or repackaging our software
• Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or abuse
• Engage in illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Threaten, abuse, or harass others
Upon termination:
• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• You remain liable for any damages caused during your account use
• We may retain and disclose records of the conduct to law enforcement, regulators, or a court where permitted or required by law
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Israel, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt good-faith negotiation with LinkRaze.
