Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

LinkRaze Technologies Ltd. (company number 517376554) is committed to making linkraze.com and the LinkRaze web application usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech input, or keyboard-only navigation.

Accessibility is not a state we declare once. This page describes what we have done, what we know is still not good enough, and how to reach a person about it.

2. The Standard We Apply

We work to the Israeli standard IS 5568 (ת"י 5568), which adopts the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at conformance level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.

We do not claim full conformance. Parts of this site have not yet been independently audited, and the known gaps are listed in section 5 below. Where a page falls short, we would rather say so here than imply a level of conformance we have not verified.

3. What We Have Done

Across the marketing site and the web application:

• Pages are navigable by keyboard alone, and the element that has keyboard focus is visibly outlined
• Interactive controls carry text labels for assistive technology, and expandable sections report their open or closed state
• Decorative images and animated backgrounds are marked so that screen readers skip them rather than announcing meaningless content
• The site honours your operating system's "reduce motion" setting: if you have asked your device to limit animation, our animated backgrounds and hover effects are reduced automatically, without you having to change anything here
• Page structure uses real headings, lists, and landmarks rather than styled text, so assistive technology can navigate by structure
• The site is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Polish, Italian, Czech, Hungarian, and Hebrew, and the Hebrew version is laid out right-to-left

4. Accessibility Tools on This Site

Every page carries an accessibility button, marked with the international access symbol, in the lower corner of the screen. It opens a panel where you can enlarge text, raise text contrast, underline every link, switch to a plainer typeface, stop background animation, and make the keyboard focus outline more prominent. Your choices are stored in your own browser and are applied on every page until you reset them.

We want to be direct about what that panel is and is not. It is a convenience layer that adjusts our own pages. It is not a substitute for the assistive technology built into your device, it does not modify how a screen reader reads this site, and installing it does not by itself make a site accessible. The underlying pages are where the work has to happen, and that is where we are doing it.

The panel runs entirely in your browser. It is our own code, it loads no third-party service, and it sends nothing about you anywhere.

5. Known Limitations

The following are known to fall short, and are listed here deliberately rather than left for you to discover:

• The remote session view is a live video stream of another computer's screen. Its contents are pixels produced by that computer, so a screen reader cannot read them, and we cannot make them readable from our side. Accessibility inside a remote session depends on the assistive technology running on the computer being controlled
• The animated backgrounds on the home page are small interactive games offered as decoration. They are hidden from assistive technology and can be turned off entirely, but they are not themselves operable by screen reader
• Payment is completed inside a form hosted by our payment provider, Paddle. That form is their product and its accessibility is governed by their own statement
• The desktop agents for Windows and macOS have not been assessed against the standard
• Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are published in English, and will remain in English even where the rest of the site is not. If you need help with their contents in another language, write to the address in section 6 and a person will go through them with you

6. Accessibility Contact

One person on our team is responsible for accessibility requests and complaints about this site and about our service.

Email: support@linkraze.com
Postal address: Shoval 40, Alfe Menashe, Israel

We do not publish a telephone number for accessibility requests. We are a small team, the service is delivered entirely online, and email reaches that person directly rather than a general queue. If email is not a workable channel for you, a request made on your behalf — by a family member, an advocate, or the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities — reaches us the same way and is handled the same way.

7. Reporting a Problem

If you encountered a page, control, or document on this site that you could not use, please tell us. Describe what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and the assistive technology or settings you were using, if any — that detail is usually what lets us reproduce the problem rather than guess at it.

Email: support@linkraze.com

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within a few business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and offer an alternative way to complete what you were trying to do.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice.
