End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING LINKRAZE REMOTE DESKTOP. BY CLICKING "I AGREE" OR BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This Agreement is between you and LinkRaze Technologies Ltd., a private company registered in Israel under company number 517376554, of Shoval 40, Alfe Menashe, Israel ("LinkRaze").

1. LICENSE GRANT

LinkRaze grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LinkRaze Remote Desktop solely on devices you own or control, for your own internal purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:
a) Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the software;
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
c) Use the software to provide commercial remote-access services to third parties without prior written consent from LinkRaze;
d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this Section or this Agreement restricts, or grants LinkRaze rights that supersede, any rights you have under the licenses of third-party open-source components included with the software (for example, the GNU LGPL-2.1 that governs the bundled FFmpeg libraries). To the extent those licenses so permit, you may reverse engineer, modify, and replace those components, including as necessary to debug your own modifications to them. See LICENSES.txt for details.

3. PRIVACY & DATA

LinkRaze Remote Desktop transmits display and input data between connected devices over encrypted channels; video and audio streams are end-to-end encrypted. LinkRaze does log session metadata (start time, duration, devices involved, and similar activity data) for security and compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when using remote access on devices belonging to others.

4. UPDATES

LinkRaze may provide software updates at its discretion. Updates are subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LINKRAZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software.

8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

LinkRaze Remote Desktop includes third-party software components licensed under MIT, BSD, and LGPL licenses. See LICENSES.txt (included with this software) for complete attribution and license terms.

9. OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY DEVICE DRIVER

a) What it is. To support game controller passthrough, this installer can install the Nefarius Virtual Gamepad Emulation Bus Driver, a third-party kernel-mode Windows driver published by Nefarius Software Solutions e.U. under the BSD 3-Clause license. It is not LinkRaze software.

b) Your choice. It is installed only if you leave the corresponding checkbox selected during installation. If you clear it, the driver is not installed, and all other features of the software continue to work; only game controller passthrough is unavailable. If the driver is already present on this computer, LinkRaze will use it and will not modify, upgrade, or replace it.

c) It is licensed by its author, not by LinkRaze. Your use of that driver is governed by its own license terms, reproduced in full in LICENSES.txt. It is provided without warranty by its author, and LinkRaze provides no warranty, support, or indemnity for it. Nothing in this Agreement grants you rights in that driver beyond what its own license grants.

d) It is NOT removed when you uninstall LinkRaze. The driver is a machine-wide component that other software on this computer may also use, so removing it with LinkRaze could break those programs. Uninstalling LinkRaze therefore leaves it installed. You may remove it yourself at any time from Windows "Apps & Features"; doing so does not affect any other part of this software.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Israel, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. RELATIONSHIP TO THE LINKRAZE TERMS OF SERVICE

Where you obtain or use this software as part of the LinkRaze service (for example, on a computer enrolled in a LinkRaze account, including when it is installed or updated at the request of an account that manages that computer), the LinkRaze Terms of Service govern that use, and this Agreement is supplemental to them. If any term of this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control. Where you use the software otherwise than as part of the service, this Agreement applies on its own.
